This is a 3 bedroom house with a pool in Simi Valley. The bedroom is furnished and has a built-in desk. The restroom is shared. There is a garage and plenty of street parking. I am a working professional and so is the second roommate. We are both chill and easy to get along with. You would have full access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, refridgerator, and common areas. Close to the 118 Freeway and a short drive to the valley and to Thousand Oaks.
