Private Bedroom Shared Bath in House, Central Simi

I am a teacher and I live in this house with my six-year-old son who is here half the time. We have an assortment of musical instruments but are fairly quiet people. We are at work and school during the week and spend much of our weekends in the backyard gardening and playing. We are pretty laid back people.

We have one other renter who is a quiet, single female. We also have two indoor-only cats and chickens in the backyard.

Our two-story home is centrally located and near the 118 freeway. It is within walking distance of restaurants, a shopping center, and beautiful Lemon Park. There is ample street parking and we have a big backyard for relaxing. Short drive to Moorpark College, Cal Lutheran, CSUN, and Pierce College.

I am hoping to find renters who are clean, responsible and respectful; someone who won't be a bad influence on my son. I want someone who won't be up late making noise. Female renters are preferred, but any good people are welcome.

Clean, well-behaved pets will be considered.
