Spacious room with private full bathroom

We are looking for a student preferably female to rent one of our extra rooms. It's located on the first floor of the house with it's own large full size bathroom. We are a fully vegan family, non smoking, non drinkers. We work every day of the week. We have 1 small dog as a pet. Utilities would be included and you can also use the washer and dryer. There is some furniture but we are happy to remove or leave anything you wish to use.
