Remodeled Bedroom in Quiet Community

Hello all, there is one room for rent with a shared bathroom for $1300 including all of the utilities. Our house is conveniently located next to the 23 and 101 freeway, Aldis, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Grocery Outlets, and a bunch of great restaurants.

We welcome couples, just keep in mind that there is an extra $150 a month to help with utilities. Pets are also welcomed if they are house trained and well-behaved. There is a monthly pet fee of $50 and pet deposit of $250.
