Looking for a responsible, clean, mature person to rent a spacious bedroom with ample storage in my Thousand Oaks home. Included is a private bath with bathtub/shower and a two sink vanity. The room has a ceiling fan and is unfurnished except for a dresser and a flat screen television. Also included are internet, full laundry and kitchen privileges, off-street parking and all utilities.

I am allowing a small to medium dog as long as it is well-behaved, not aggressive, not a Barker, and plays well with other dogs and children.

This room is for one person only. No drugs, excessive drinking, smoking, parties or overnight guests. Located close to the Janss off ramp from the 23 freeway.

Rent is $950 monthly due on the 1st of the month. There is $950 security deposit due at move-in.
