Beautiful 2nd story Spanish Colonial style house in quiet neighborhood. Roomates are two young professionals in our 30s and work full time. Ideally looking for roomate who also works full-time (sorry no work from home considered) , is clean, considerate, and respectful of roomates and shared living spaces. We don’t spend a lot of time at home so when we are there we like to have a relaxed atmosphere.
