Room for rent in a cute 2 bed+1 bath house a bike ride away from the beach.
About us: professional sober couple in our early 30's. We love to watch movies and shows on our downtime and go to the beach. Very simple and easy going. We have 2 cats that are indoor/outdoor.
Tenant: professional and respectful. No drugs or excessive drinking. Traveling nurses welcome!
We are currently renting this house and our roommate who is subleasing will be moving out. I have not had the opportunity to take photos of the space just yet.
