No smoking (nor vaping or similar), drugs, or partying on the property.
Overnight guests will also not be permitted; any exceptions must be discussed with the homeowners on a case by case basis.
Due to COVID, in the shared areas such as the kitchen, housemates will be asked to wear masks regardless of vaccination status and clean surfaces after use.
