The apartment is a 2 Bed 1 Bath, but this is a sublease for a shared room with another female roommate. Currently there are a total of 3 roommates including me but one roommate has her own private room.

The room is very spacious and closet is spacious as well, your designated space already comes with bed, desk and chair, and two sets of drawers underneath the bed.

The property is right near by Downtown Davis and behind the train tracks so if you don’t mind noise then this would be a great fit! The area is rather calm very much residential area.

This apartment comes already furnished and may connect to apartment WiFi under comcast! The amenities further provided are onsite laundry rooms, small gym, study/lounge room, and pool access!

You are also nearby the bus stop which are lines E and L with UniTrans.
