It is $800 a month including wi-fi and utilities. The security deposit is $800. The rental period is on a month to month basis.

The room is furnished.

There is a shared bathroom with 2 other girls.

The room rental allows access to the living/dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, porch and patio.

Street parking in front of the house.
