2 bed 2 bathroom!💙

Hello my name is Jada I’m renting out my 2nd bedroom which is completely on the other side of the house with its own private bathroom it’s also closer to our laundry room. I’m looking for someone who is clean and respectful and financially stable and reliable to pay rent monthly I can be introverted and extroverted. I like to talk here and there other times, I like to be alone and stay to myself I like to cook, and I love to listen to music all the time, I’m also a certified nursing assistant, so I work a lot I have two jobs. I’m really looking for someone who does not come with drama at all who can just room with and who we can have mutual respect with. I’m also very big on being clean. I usually keep the kitchen area and common area is very clean. I do not have any furniture but I do want to look into getting maybe a TV for the living room or barstools for the kitchen that I don’t really plan on getting any excessive furniture.
