Single Room in 2 bed house in Woodland

I am in Beamer park just a few minutes from the freeway and it’s just about a 5 minute drive to everything you need and only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. It’s just one block from the park on a quiet street. The room is very bright, with two closets, ceiling fan and a faux fireplace. The common areas will be shared which includes 2 living rooms, kitchen, garage, and backyard which has a beautiful large tree with lots of potential for anyone who loves to garden. There is a washer/dryer and the bathroom is spacious situated in the middle of the hallway between my room and yours. The tub is awesome and the water gets super hot fast with great pressure. I’m not a bathroom girl, as I do all the extras in my room. I have never had any issues with sharing the bathroom with either male or female in the past. There is also a bidet. I don’t cook so the kitchen is not my domain, so if you do then more power to you lol. I have two cats and a dog, who are independent, but friendly and my dog goes where I go. All I ask is for rent to be paid and both common sense and respect practiced. Otherwise I am an open minded and chill person looking for a decent roommate.

The room is partially furnished, but it can be emptied.
