My routine
630-730: Chuze Fitness down road
0800-1630: Work. In office (M/T/W) At home (TH/F)
1800-1900: Long board 2.5 miles with Riley (my dog)
2000: Meal prepped Dinner/homework/Relax
-I meal prep all my meals for the the week but I’ll occasionally cook a fresh meal throughout the week if time permits.
