Looking for roommates

I live in a 5 bedroom house in Thornton. The address is technically Brighton but the house is located in Thornton. One story home with a fully finished basement. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs 1 bathroom. I’m looking to move down to the basement and have roommates rent out my upstairs. I have 4 dogs and a cat. They would stay in the basement. Washer dryer is downstairs in the laundry room. Shared spaces would be the laundry room and kitchen area. The house is furnished except for the bedrooms. The rent listed includes all utilities. WiFi, energy, gas. The master bedroom is listed for higher is big and has its own bathroom. The second bedroom is listed lower due to its smaller size but still has a separate bathroom. Also open to couples so the rent would be split differently at that point.
