Lower Level for Rent

House has 4 floors. Entire lower floor for rent. Large living room, a bedroom, and private bathroom with shared kitchen on main floor. My area upstairs and sitting area off kitchen. Basement has a built in bar and dance floor. Also I have a treadmill, elliptical, and other workout machines down there available for use. I do have a female mini Bluenose Bully about 1.5 yrs old. She's fine with people but other pets not so much. Couples are welcome for an additional $400/mo. You have your own livingroom bedroom and bathroom. I have a patio in backyard. Large area to grill out as well and it backs up to a park. There is also a life-size playhouse in the backyard. House is located centrally from downtown, airport, and Boulder.
