Single room in updated house

I have a single unfurnished room for rent in a 3 bed 2 bath coed house. This room will share a bathroom with one other person. Most of the house has been updated, so it is cozy and comfortable. There is onsite laundry, a large yard with a patio and firepit, and plenty of storage. Located in a great location away from the noise of the city, but still only a quick (like 10 min) drive in. There is a bike path out the back gate that goes for miles, plenty of nearby amenities, and easy access to public transportation. Both myself and the other tenant are laid back, young professionals in technical careers, and really enjoy pretty much anything in the outdoors. Rent includes all utilities and services except gas and electric, which will be split 3 ways. The home has solar panels, so the utility bill is usually quite low.
