The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood a mile and a half east of I-25, about 20 minutes north of downtown Denver, depending on traffic and within 5-minute drive of a light rail station. Grocery and retail stores, fast food restaurants and gas stations all within a mile of the house. The house has a partially finished basement with laundry facilities located in the unfinished area. There is a decent sized back yard and smaller front yard. neither are fully enclosed There is free street parking in front of the property.

I'm the owner and sole occupant of the home, seeking a female roommate who is honest, responsible and fairly neat and who is looking for something fairly long term, although I prefer renting on a month-to-month basis. I'm fine with an outside smoked. A cat(s) or dog is fine as long as the pet is house broken and non-destructive.

I am an active, honest, liberal-minded, retired homeowner who is respectful of others. I'm on the quiet side and easy to get along with. I'm not a partier. I do drink socially and am friendly
