One bedroom in a 5 bedroom home

All bills paid & LGBTQ friendly just looking for someone relaxed and peaceful. We have two empty bedrooms upstairs so you would be able to pick which one you’d prefer. This is a room in a five bedroom house. We are three women ages 33, 47, and 48. No more pets allowed since we have 3 cats and sometimes dog sit for a family member on occasion. No cigarette smoking in the house. We have a huge driveway and plenty of street parking. As well as a very spacious backyard. We’re al pretty much independent and stay to ourselves but we still get together here and their when we cook dinner together or have a movie night. Looking for someone who will be chill but will also mesh well with our household two of us are huge gamers, plus we’re all night owls, but also have to adult and join the normal work week crowd.
