Female Roommate needed

We are a happily married couple in a quiet HOA neighborhood. We have a backyard. My husband works out of state sometimes but comes home once a month for a few days. Look for a clean, respectful, reliable female who is Dog/cat friendly. We have a medium room with a full size bed and 65 in TV. You have access to WiFi and will have access to Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime. You will have a private bathroom which is across from bedroom. You have full access to kitchen, laundry and living room.
