Private Master Bedroom/Bathroom near Cherry Creek

I recently purchased a 2356 sq. ft., 2 bath, townhome that has a modern and luxurious feel to it with 11' ceilings throughout and nice finishes. The townhome is an end unit with lots of privacy for peace and quiet.

The room available for rent is a top floor master bedroom with an attached private bathroom. The bedroom is up a flight of stairs where you will have the whole floor to yourself. No couples. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet, utilities included.

No Smoking, No Drugs, no heavy drinking. I am open to 1 pet, either a dog or cat although pet rent will be at $25/month and a deposit of $300 will be added on. I plan on adopting 1 cat later on.

It's okay to have a guest or two over, but we will need to talk if you want to have a party. As an officer in the United States Air Force, I am a clean person and I have the expectation that you will keep the common areas clean. I don't expect it to be military clean but if you are not a clean person and do not pick up after yourself do not bother applying.

I currently have a roommate who is in her mid 20's. She rents the main floor bedroom and is polite and quiet. She mostly keeps to herself, but will watch a movie or play some board games occasionally. I will be living in the basement and for the most parts the basement will be off limits. I do have a small shop area that you can use for small projects, but you must ask my permission as this is connected to my living space. If we want to have a movie/videogame night we can relocate down to the basement where I have a 102" projector with 7.1 surround sound.

About me: I'm an early 30's IT professional and United States Air Force Reserve Officer. I like to hike, play board games, and like to travel to national parks. Cherry Creek State Park is less than 1 mile from where I live. In fact, it is within walking distance! I really enjoy taking advantage of the running & biking trails near there, as well as taking photographs. I'm an introvert which means I'll keep out of your business, but would be up for an occasional shared meal or activity.

1. Living Room - gas fireplace, large overhead fan, track lighting throughout. 55" tv, nintendo switch, and my huge selection of boardgames to choose from.

2. Kitchen (pic attached) - I have a full-size refrigerator/freezer, high end furnishings, nice appliances and pots and pans. Track lighting, hardwood flooring, granite countertops.

3. Deck- 100 sq. ft deck that has patio furniture with a small electric grill.

4. Master Bedroom (pic attached)
Fairly new carpet (4 years old). Non-furnished, Large walk in closet with storage. Large window with wood slat blinds looks out into open space with lots of natural light. The bed in the picture is a california king for size reference.

5. Bathroom (pic attached)- You will have a private master bath with a sit in shower, dual sinks, granite countertops, and lots of cabinet storage. Myself, my roommate, and guests will share the main floor bathroom.

6. Laundry Room- New high efficiency washer and dryer and shoe rack.

7. Parking- A parking sticker will be provided for off-street parking.

Location: East Quincy Avenue and South Carson Way

Public Transit: Nine Mile H Line Light rail station about a 2 mile drive. Few minutes walk to the 139 bus line.
