One roomie needed!

Hi All! I am looking for a roommate to fill my third room in my new 2700 sq foot townhome located in South Denver… move in time is asap. My current roommate and I are both in our late twenties/early thirties. we are young professionals, easy-going, dog loving, & clean individuals! The house is newer so everything is up to date… I also have a small gym in the basement with a squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbels, etc. . You wouldn’t need to furnish anything except for your bedroom! The house has a a two car garage, backyard and washer/dryer. Rent is $1300 with all utilities included - bathroom is shared. Deposit is one months rent. I also have a security system with a 24 hour camera. I have one dog, she’s 10 years old and she loves humans. We’re open to someone with a dog, but no cats! Animal deposit would be required.
