In search of third roommate

Hi Everyone! My name is Jenna, and my roommate Danielle and I are looking for a third female roommate to rent out the third bedroom in our 3B 2.5B SE Denver home(near Lowry). The floor plan is very open, and the house gets a lot of natural sunlight. There is a washer/dryer, a back yard, and a pool in the neighborhood. It is about 25 minutes to downtown Denver, and <15 minutes to Cherry Creek State Park.

Common areas are furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished. Rent is 950/month (before utilities which we will split). I am open to a year long lease or a month to month situation.

We are looking for a roommate who is respectful, communicates openly, keeps common areas clean, and is open to cleaning on a set schedule. There is no smoking/vaping (friendly outside only). I have a 1.5 year old cattle dog mix named Layla who is very friendly, but unfortunately no other pets are allowed.

We will occasionally have a wine night, or go do something fun together as roommates - so the ideal roommate is someone we can be friends with(or at least be friendly with).

A little about us:

Jenna: I am 25 years old and originally from Littleton. I am currently working from home as a data analyst. In my free time, I like to hike, ski, do yoga, work out, cook, and try new places for dinner/drinks.

Danielle:

I’m Danielle Brennan. I am 32 years old and work M-F as a car service manager. I am outgoing, like things tidy, and love music. I enjoy being outside, sleeping in, going to concerts and getting brunch.
