Master BR with private bath for rent

Master bedroom with private bath. All utilities included.
Room comes with a wall mounted 32 inch roku tv, private ¾ bathroom large closet, and in room wall ac(as is) owner will not be required to replace or repair if it breaks. Rent is 1100 per month with 800 security deposit. We are pet friendly and so Pets are welcomed if they get along with the pets already on site. There is an additional pet deposit of $200 that is completely refundable at the end of your stay. There is no pet rent.
Common areas include the kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry room, back yard, front yard, and both of the additional bathrooms. These areas are shared by the other roomates
