Rent is 750 per month with 600 security deposit. We
are pet friendly and so Pets are welcomed if they get along with the pets already on site. There is an additional pet deposit of $200 that is completely refundable at the end of your stay. There is no pet rent.
Common areas include the kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry room, back yard, front yard, and 2 bathrooms. These areas are shared by other roomates. The
Property is looked after by one of the tenants on site

Renters insurance is required and will be checked periodically. Currently we are not allowing children so only adults asre allowed to apply. The Application is $55. Per person and if approved after a full background check will be reduced from the first months rent
