Welcome! I am in search of another roommate for this two story three bedroom Townhouse in Aurora. There is an open room with a shared bathroom. The large kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. On nicer days, you can sit out on the private balcony or large private patio. The space has a secured, heated, underground garage with a private entrance to the townhouse’s main level. Street parking is also available. Washer and dryer are included. Central heat and AC with all utilities included in the rent, except cable. Rent is due on time. The unit is located close to the community outdoor pool and tennis courts. I-225, outdoor trails, parks, shopping, easy light rail and public transit access are all close by. No cats, dogs, or smoking.

About your future roommates: I am a 29 year old Colorado native. My roommate is 26 and new to Colorado. I work from home full time and he goes to the office every day. We are clean and will not clean up after others. I’m generally a night owl but my roommate is an early riser. The main level is furnished. Mutual respect is necessary so if anything gets broken, replace it.
