Looking for responsible female roommate

My little sister and I live in a 3 bedroom house with our 2 orange kitties Novo and Orange, and a senior Pom named Tobby. We are looking for a responsible female who enjoys living in a peaceful space. My little sister is 21 and works 2 jobs, and I’m a 32yo graphic designer who mostly works from home. The room is not furnished but is big enough to fit a queen bed nicely, the bathroom would be shared with my little sister. Garage is used by us but the driveway is available and there’s plenty of street parking. We live in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The Arapahoe Crossing Center is near by, as well as grocery store, gas stations and the Cherry Creek Reservoir. We are friendly, respectful and extremely clean. We don’t smoke or throw parties. We are family oriented so there will be some family gatherings at our place here and there. If you have any other questions let me know. Due to having 3 pets in the house we can not accept anymore pets.
