Full basement

Looking for a roommate to rent entire basement. Large living area, private bath, bedroom. The only reason I would need to come down is to do laundry. Which is in basement. Shared kitchen upstairs and one parking place in garage. I have one cat and she doesn’t get along with other animals. So, no pets. Sorry. Looking for a male roommate (I am female) around my age- 56. No drugs, or smoking. I am very quiet and a homebody. My former roommate and I lived together for 8 years and had a great relationship. Looking for someone quiet, who doesn’t have a lot of company. Would prefer someone who doesn’t have overnight guests. Great backyard and close to lots of businesses. Right on bus line and close to light rail. Split utilities 50/50. Background check will be done and need a couple of references. Must have a job. You have downstairs, with shared laundry, I have upstairs with shared kitchen.
