Single bedroom for rent in a 55+ gated community with golf course, pool, and gym for no extra cost. Tenants must be 19 years or older. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and full size fridge are for tenant’s sole use. Living area, in the basement, is a shared space but only occasionally used by the landlords. Upstairs washer and dryer are available three days a week. There is no private entrance to the basement, however the main entrance is near the stairs. Senior husband and wife landlords are a quiet, christian couple. Please no friends over night, alcohol, or drugs.
