Private Room for Rent

My name is Pete and I’m looking for a housemate if the fit is good. I’m 34, and I work as an accountant during the week. I like being active by hiking, biking, and playing sports. I also love live music, movies and sports
- Lease starts 8/1/24
- $825 per month plus half of utilities (internet and electric). Internet is $70 total, electric will usually be around $40 total but can be as high as $80 in the coldest winter months
- $800 security deposit
- Room is 108 sq ft and east facing so lots of sun during the day
- Entire apartment is 767 sq ft
Looking for someone who is naturally a very clean person
- Must be good with cats because you will be interacting with them daily
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- Must be vaccinated
- Bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio will be shared with me
- Neighborhood has a pool and Howard Heuston park is a few minutes walk away
- I rent so if we think it’ll work out, the landlord would need to do a background check and add you to the lease. The current lease ends 7/31/24 so I’m looking for someone to move in 8/1/24
