Hello Hello ! I am looking for a roommate to rent the other room from June 1st until the July 31st. This is a 2 Bed and 1 Bath apartment. This condo is located in the third floor. The room is unfurnished, carpeted, spacious and have a nice closet space. The window is facing west (towards the mountains) so it gets the afternoon sunshine. There is a living room, a full kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The community pool at the center of the complex should be opening soon.

I am a female on my 40s who loves nature, yoga, dancing and healthy living! I am looking for someone that would treat this home as their own sanctuary, that have high standards for cleanliness, pay rent on time, respectful and considerate. Since I do not cook any animal products at home, I expect the same flow.

Rent is $ 800 plus ~$40 utilities. $800 security deposit (which will be fully refunded). No pets, no smoking.
