Room + Private bath in Boulder

Hello there,

We are looking for a roommate for the remainder of our lease July 1st thru January 31st (7 months). My name is Lea and my partner is Chadwick. We are in our 30's, enjoy cooking, outdoor adventuring and having fun at concerts, but are generally a very quiet/sober household. We have one other roommate. This is a large 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with basement/garage storage space to share.

The room available can be furnished from our guest bedroom with bed/ dresser - or de-furnished of course. Also you will have a private bathroom. The picture shown has current roommate's furnishings, but will be emptied of course:) Room is a little over 11' x 11' + closet.

We have 2 nice pets, Charlie -6 yr old German Shepherd, and Futon (like the furniture)- 13 yr old cat. Unfortunately we're not looking to add anymore pets to the household, but if it's a bird, fish, reptile or rodent, that is probably OK. (no large cat varieties please, tigers, lions, leopards etc..;))
We are not perfectionists, but like to keep the common areas very tidy.

We have a large backyard with a fire pit, and have dedicated one of the bedrooms as a workout room that includes a Tonal gym which is for everyone to use anytime:)

Two of us work part time from home, so the internet is fast:)

Whole Foods and king scoops are the nearest grocery stores, and there’s lots of walking paths/ trails around.

Utilities are about $100 a month per person.

We are looking for a responsible and respectful new roomate, Whos work and lifestyle is somewhat similar/ good match to ours. NO heavy alcohol use. Smoking outside is fine:)

We are not asking a security deposit, as this is a shorter lease, but will be running background checks.
