Large, beautiful room in a New Build in Old Town Erie. It has a huge walk-in closet and its own bathroom next to it.

Large chefs' kitchen, basement family room with 75-inch tv, parking on street (there is always parking available), cute small yard, and even a fully equipped garage gym.

I am 26-year-old female and have my son and service dog in training. My friend moved in with me (who lived with me previously) lives in the basement bedroom I am a medical student but also work 2 part-time jobs - 1 remote and 1 in person. I am constantly studying or playing softball.

I would love to find someone who has similar interests and is a clean, minimalistic kind of individual. Please no smoking and minimal drinking :) Will need a background check as well.
