Room for rent

I'm moving in July/August and, with my new career, am hoping to reduce my expenses by reducing my rent. I am looking to live in Lafayette to be closer and currently have a lease at Avalon Flatirons (super cute area, gym, etc.)

I'm currently leasing a 1 BR apt for myself but am willing to change to a 2 BR for the right roommate. We would have our own bathroom and you only need furniture for your bedroom.

I am not LGBTQ+ myself (I think lol) but am a huge ally, so you are welcome and safe with me. I would prefer a female-identifying, non-binary person, or gay men (basically no straight men sorry dudes :P). I have a cat, Cosmo. He's nice but a butthead.

I'm 34, an engineer, a powerlifter, and am generally just trying to improve myself and get my life together. I don't drink or smoke. I don't mind if you do but would prefer it is minimal (smoking is not allowed in the apartment or the premises -FYI).

I have several sex-positive friends (like myself) and like to hike, kayak, paddleboard, be outdoors, etc. Learning to skate, among other things. Would love to meet and see if we would be good roommates. It's not necessary but would help me out financially. :)
