Furnished room in Louisville, CO

Hello. I have a furnished room for rent with a private bathroom. I live in the adjoining room.

I live in Louisville, just outside Boulder. Louisville is a very peaceful town with a charming Main Street area.

My main concerns are quiet and cleanliness. I don’t even own a television, in order to give you an idea of how quiet I like it. When I listen to music, it’s on my iPhone or small laptop speakers. In the mornings, I like to enjoy a cup of coffee in the quiet.

I cannot stress it enough—QUIET. If you’re the extroverted, talkative type, this probably won’t work.

Then there’s cleanliness. As you’ll see if you visit, I maintain a very tidy place. I need someone who shares my love of tidiness. Shoes off inside the house. No slobs, please!

Utilities are included (A/C, heating, water) except for cable, so if you decide you want cable television, you will have to be responsible for the bill.

Washer, dryer, fireplace, patio, WIFI, and 5 minute drive to Boulder.
