Fabulous house share in Louisville, CO!

Hi there! This is a beautiful, quiet, fully furnished home, backing directly onto magical open space. You will have the entire downstairs, fully furnished Suite: Bedroom with Queen Bed; Private Living Room with Couch and TV; and Full Bathroom with Bath Tub/Shower. It's very private. We will share the open design Kitchen and Dining Room area.

The rent includes all utilities, including high speed internet, cable TV, washer and dryer downstairs, yard maintenance and snow shoveling. There is lots of on-street parking available, and also an-off street space too.

I work from home, as an Independent Consultant for a Japanese Wellness Company. and I do a lot of zoom meetings and podcast recordings for them. Therefore I am looking for a lovely housemate who works outside of the home.

Outside of work I am quiet, love to read, watch movies, go out to dinner, go to work out, or go into nature. I love being creative. I enjoy good conversations on all sorts of things, and consider myself openminded and curious about life and people. I have traveled pretty extensively, and love our world. I am kind and considerate, and generally easy going.

I'd love a housemate who is also kind and considerate, who is private, yet open to conversations at times too. I hope the right person will join me here in this really lovely home!
