Spare room and bathroom, view of lake and mountain

The room is in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in a gated community. The bedroom is on the main floor with a bathroom places right next to it. There are trail walking distance away. Close location to Flatirons mall and 15 minute drive from Boulder. Current tenant has two cats, they are very sweet but shy, spend lots of time upstairs sleeping. I would be taking care of the cats, cleaning the litter boxes and feeding them. I am laid back, enjoy watching movies and baking. I work full time in healthcare and am trying to go on walks in the evening.
