This bedroom is approximately two hundred fifty sq. ft. so there is room for a king size bed on one side of the room and a living room on the other. The female who rents this room will share the bathroom with one other female, who does a great job keeping the bathroom clean. The monthly rent includes utilities & internet & a gardener.

This is a four-level home (including basement) that's had some remodeling done. Tenant would have access to the kitchen & the washer/dryer.
