Looking for Roommates

My name is Kyra.
We currently have rooms available in the bottom portion of the house. We are renting in peaceful suburbin Broomfield. This is a 4 bedroom/2 bath with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, front and back yard. Roughly 20 min from Boulder with available parking on the street out front.
Bathrooms are shared on both floors. Unfortunately, the downstairs rooms are currently unfurnished as they have been unoccupied for some time. My boyfriend and I are having a child soon and we were given an opportunity to move in with family in Golden to help save some cash. There is still 1 year and 5 months left and we are looking to add at least 2 people to the Tenancy so we don't leave our remaining roommate with the whole monthly bill.
As it stands rent is $2130 per month, when divided by 3 tenants equals about $800 with utilities included. Usually, it hovers around $780. That being said, once we move out completely, our room upstairs should be available to rent out or for you to claim. Adding a 4th person would drop the total rent down by roughly $100.
We are hoping to fill the rooms and be out by around September/November (Sooner the better).
About us:  We all work full time. My boyfriend and roommate work in Telecom so they get a nice mixture of home and field work and I work dispatch for a logistics company (Home/office mix). We generally keep to ourselves, and the house stays pretty quiet during the day as we make and receive phone calls.  We are all in our early to mid 20's and mostly game on our off time but we also have other interests like Gardening/Hiking/Sewing. Most smoking happens outside in the backyard to keep the house clean. We really don't care about vaping indoors. The other roommate works 3 jobs currently and is out of the house on the weekends during the day (9 am - 5 pm) and during the week he works 1 day job @home/1 night job (8 am - 11pm). He uses the garage and downstairs open area/living room to store his tools/equipment/vehicle.
The Internet is available, but it is currently under my account, so it will be switched over to whoever wants it as we make our move out.
