Single Room in 3 bed apartment in Denver

Great hidden gem of an apartment near the wash park/Baker neighborhood. Very spacious three bedroom apartment with a large balcony. The apartment is mostly furnished besides the two rooms available. I love this apartment, have lived here for 4 years, but I just bought a place down the street. Currently three of us live here, Michael (an EMT), Nico (works at REI), and me (Lauren, a chef). Nico and I are moving out at the end of the month. But currently we all like to hang out and watch TV together in the evenings and go climbing together, but also like our alone time as well!
