There's a big backyard with grill and string lighting for hosting during the warm months. Great access to 6th for getting up and down from the mountains. Cool exposed brick, updated kitchen, and central AC. We're both students/professionals so quite busy most of the time but known to have a good time now and again. Utilities typically cost between $75-150 depending on the season (winter heating costs a lot more). Fiber internet (250bps wifi/900 wired) for work from homers. Walkability to great gyms, coffee, bars, etc.
