Lease is through July 31st 2021. Dogs and cats are allowed. The building is located above the Curtis Hotel and rent is $902, utilities, cable, and wifi are included in the rent. You will have access to a rooftop pool and grill area, study rooms for students, and 6am-2am gym with cardio and weight machines.
