Looking to sublease my room in a 2 bed 1 bath in capital hil. We can see cheesman park from our windows, it’s less than a 1 min walk away! I absolutely love the area and this apartment (been here almost 2 years) but I finally have the means to live alone and am looking to branch out on my own.

- move in date April 15-September 15
- rent is 905 a person which includes utilities (other than excel which rarely goes over $50 a month)
- 2 beds and a shared bath room
- Corner unit so only one neighbor making it super quiet
- super short walk to bars, coffee shops, thrift shops etc..
- has a parking spot for an additional $80 a month if you want it otherwise a ton of street parking
- so many windows for yall that love natural light

- 27 year old F loves music, friends, and the outdoors
- I have 2 cats and potential future dog (not for sure but highly considering)
- New roomie cannot have their own pets :(
- I’m a bartender so I work weird hours so I come in and out randomly lol
