2 roommates looking for a third roommate in Denver

Me (23, F) and my roommate (23, F) are looking for a roommate for a three bedroom apartment in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver. We are in the preapplication stage of the leasing process for this apartment and if approved would like to move forward asap. We are looking at a July 15th move in. Apartment is a lovely 3bd 2bath with a porch, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas fireplace, shared rooftop space. Rent ($3,000/month) includes two garage parking spaces but does not include utilities or internet. My current roommate and I both work full time and enjoy a chill night at home or the occasional night out. I am always cooking or looking for a new bar/restaraunt to check out and my roommate enjoys hiking and yoga. We love to spend time outside and are excited to keep exploring Denver!
