Looking for a roommate! My name is Chloe and I'm a HS Teacher in Castle Rock, but I'm living in Congress Park, Denver at the moment (and love it!). I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Colorado Pointe. The rent would be $952/month and we have (voluntary) parking for $50. The apartment has a sizeable bedroom with a walk in closet, dishwasher, central A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, a pool, and workout room. It is seriously my favorite place I've lived in Denver in the last three years I've been here, especially since there are so many windows and we have a balcony which lets in so much natural sun light!
