Roommate Wanted

Looking for a person to take over remainder of lease until September with option to renew for another year. We prefer candidates looking for long-term living arrangement.

Four bedroom/two bath 3400sq. Foot house in Congress Park area. Rent is $850 plus utilities. $850 refundable security deposit (with 60 day notice to vacate minimum) and $100 non-refundable damage deposit totaling the $950 to secure the room. Must apply with property management company and pay their $55 application fee. WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL ASAP. If interested please be ready to commit. Communication during application process is also appreciated and requested. If at any time there is a decision change or find another place please let me know right away.

Street parking available with a residential parking permit (will need to be applied for upon move in at your discretion). Bedroom with walk in closet is on lower/basement level with shared bathroom. Utility room in the basement level. Back yard and deck with built in seating.

GREAT LOCATION close to restaurants (54 within 2sq. miles), shopping (Cherry Creek Mall .75 mile, Target within 2miles), grocery stores (Trader Joe’s 2 blocks, 4 others within 2 miles), AMC theatre (3 blocks, another in the mall), 4-5 parks (within 3 miles), bus stops and more.

About the roomies
There are four roommates one gay male, a straight couple, and one straight female. The other bedroom on the lower floor will be occupied by the gay male. The couple and other female will share the upstairs area until September. Then the couple is moving out and the gay male will move upstairs into their room. Our ages as follows: gay male 43, couple (her) 28/ (him) 36 (Vacating come September), straight female 33. The couple has one dog and the female has 2 dogs. Dog or cat friendly with one of either preferred, (dogs dependant on size). New addition to our home must be ok with being on the lease. We are all respectful, honest, clean overall (not OCD), responsible. We are seeking the same in a new roommate. Great communication skills a must especially when in group text or group emails. We respect privacy but need communication concerning household issues/concerns.
