ROOM 1: AVAILABLE: Furnished Master bedroom with Queen size bed and private full bathroom.
ROOM 2: RENTED : Furnished second bedroom with Full size bed and private full bathroom. NEW FLOORING.
Room 3: Community office with desk, laptop, printer, Ethernet, mesh WI-FI. Murphy bed
Room 4: RENTED Bedroom with private bathroom

The house is well kept. No drugs, drink socially. Edibles ok but No smoking. Family atmosphere.

All occupants are civil, respectful of another and are professional.
Female preferred but will interview all applicants. We just want a good fit no drama.

12 month lease:
Available July 7 : RATE $955 for rent paid by 1st of the month. Refundable deposit $600 and $55 Credit check.
With Airline or Hospital ID waived $55 credit check fee and deposit $300. Will consider dog after meeting dog , rent would be additional $200 a month to have a dog, making rent $1155.00

Possibly allow one dog under that is house broken. Will have to meet your dog and need additional full security deposit.

REQUIREMENTS TO MOVE IN:
-NON-SMOKER
-Pays rent on time every month.
-One person, Office has full size Murphy Bed for occasional out of town guest.
-Able to maintain the place clean and free of trash.
-Cannot grow or smoke weed, edibles fine.
-Kitchen has 2 shared refrigerators
-House has 2 washer and dryers, 2 Full size refrigerator, extra freezer. 3.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms. 3 tenants max.

GVR Denver rec center (Town center park) across from Beer Garden on Tower road. They have month to month memberships, weight room, equipment rooms, class, yoga, Zumba. Out door pool. State of the art indoor swimming pool opening August 2024. Pedestrian and bike friendly First Creek Trail, which connects to the 70+ mile High Line Canal Trail!

3) Check out the place, discuss general expectations, and get a copy of the lease for your review.
4) Sign lease pay deposit and First month rent
5) Keys and Move in!

I have 2 dogs ( McNab and Bichon). Research shows having a dog around lower stress levels. Most love dogs.
