Looking for Roommate in Rino Area

This house is located in the Curtis Park neighborhood. It is a walkable distance to many places and activites in downtown Denver as well as a lightrail station (also in walking distance) and the Curtis neigborhood park is right across the street. Currently there is 1 male and 1 Female in the house (not including me) and no pets. There is an office, in unit laundry, and a basement for extra storage. There is also a front yard and backyard. This place is a short term rental- it is availble now until August 31st, 2024. The rent is $1000, not including utilities. The utitlities is about $100-$120 a month for all. There is one shared bathroom upstairs and a guest bathoom on the main floor. Living Room furniture will be gone at the time of move in.
