Furnished room available in Southeast Denver

We’re looking for a roommate (preferably a female since the bathroom to be shared is also with another female). It’s a 3 bedroom townhome. Room is located on the first floor, no stairs for you, unless you need to use the laundry in the basement.
House is completely furnished and with all kitchen utensils that you might need. The condominium has access to the Cherry Creek trail, perfect for a run/walk and for the bike riders. Condo has a pool during the summer. Parking is on a first come first serve basis, uncovered parking outside inside of the condominium.
We’re looking for a clean and respectful roommate. We all have full time jobs and just need a place to rest.
