Master Suite in Jefferson Park

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate in Jefferson Park to rent the second bedroom in my apartment.

Rent and Utilities: The monthly rent is $, with utilities averaging around $ per person, covering Xcel and Internet. The rent includes an assigned parking spot in the garage.

Available Room: The room for rent is the master suite. It has a private en suite bathroom with loads of closet and storage space (2 closets and a large storage area). The room is unfurnished.

Unit: The apartment is a bedroom, bathroom unit with central air as well as a W/D. The public spaces in the unit are furnished.

Availability: 12-month lease starting 5/1/25.

About me: I'm a lifelong Coloradan who currently works remotely in the grants world. I've been calling this apartment home for a few years now, and I've really grown to love it. I'm a bit of a creative soul. Whether it's sewing, baking, or painting, I'm always finding joy in making things. I also love live music and escaping to the mountains whenever I can! I do have a friendly 9-year-old cat named Charlie, who's great with other animals - so if you have a pet, they'll likely become fast friends!

As for what I'm looking for in a roommate, someone laid back and a good communicator is key. I believe in creating a warm and inviting home, where we can coexist happily. We don't need to be joined at the hip, but it's always nice to share the occasional happy hour or chat over a beer.
