New Building in Denver Art District

I’m a fun energetic single black male who identifies as LGBTQ and who lives a pretty low key life. the building was built in 2023. My current roommate and I moved in in August 2023. It’s great spot with a nice Western view. Although it warms up on hot days, the view at dusk is worth the sweat. My roommate is moving in with her new boyfriend and I would love to stay. $1600 Month. There is a gym, a courtyard with grills. First Friday art night is right outside the Front door.
